Every year, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan holds the Enbek Zholy competition, which determines the best labor dynasties and production workers. The goal of the project is to educate active, literate, patriotic young professionals with a respectful attitude to work.

This year, in the nomination "The Best Young Worker of Production", Alibek Uataev, an employee of the JSC "PZTM" team, took the first place.

25-year-old Alibek Uataev is a graduate of the M. Kozybaev NKU. Studied in the specialty "Transport, transport equipment and technology." Since 2019, he has been working at the enterprise of the Kazakhstan Engineering Group of Companies.

As the winner in his nomination, he will represent the North Kazakhstan region at the republican stage of the Enbek Zholy competition and compete for the main prize.
