JSC "Petropavlovsk Heavy Engineering Plant" is one of the largest enterprises in Kazakhstan for the manufacture of equipment for the oil and gas production, oil and gas refining, petrochemical, chemical, gas, energy and railway industries based on modern technologies with 55 years of production experience.

In the context of current market development trends, the company is actively working to expand its customer base. For the convenience of companies working in the fields of Kazakhstan, the company founded a representative office in Aktau in 2018.

Already in April 2018, an agreement was concluded between PZTM JSC and AKSU DRILLING LLP (Aktau) for the supply of a lifting unit for the overhaul of oil and gas wells PAP-80.

The execution of the contract was preceded by a stage of negotiations and factory testing of the unit with the participation of representatives of both companies.

Currently, the lifting unit has been successfully delivered to the field, installation, testing and commissioning have been carried out by the manufacturer.

The PAP80 lifting rig is designed to perform major repairs of oil and gas wells and to work as part of a mobile drilling complex with a hook lifting capacity of up to 100 tons.

The product has a number of design advantages, including: mobility of movement, a monomast of increased rigidity, separated installation and working hydraulic systems, a drum with a supply of traveling rope for bypass. The PAP 80 installation provides options for mounting and dismantling wellhead equipment, mechanized make-up and break-out of tubing and drill pipe strings, drilling out sand plugs and cement bridges, flushing wells through the mast manifold, and emergency response.

The full production cycle of the unit, starting from the development of design documentation, was carried out by PZTM JSC.

Many years of production experience and technological capabilities allow the company not only to occupy a niche in existing niches, but also to expand the range of goods produced and services provided.

In the future, PZTM JSC plans to develop competencies in the field of service maintenance of the fleet of oil and gas production equipment. As part of extending the life cycle of products, both warranty and post-warranty service are provided.

Today, the private sector of entrepreneurship is developing at an active pace. As part of the implementation of the Unified Business Support and Development Program "Business Road Map 2020", PZTM JSC is ready to develop cooperation with small and medium-sized businesses using leasing financing tools through working with DBK Leasing JSC, the largest institute in Kazakhstan for working with investment projects.
