On September 24, 2016, PZTM JSC celebrated its 55th anniversary of production activity.
On September 23, a ceremonial meeting was held at the cultural and leisure center of the enterprise, at which factory awards were presented and the results of the anniversary year were summed up. General Director Kuanysh Bishimov congratulated the entire staff of the enterprise on this significant date, spoke about the stages of the plant’s life, and outlined future prospects.

On September 24, massive anniversary celebrations took place at the factory site of PZTM JSC. The city-wide Mechanical Engineer's Day, a professional holiday traditionally celebrated on the last Sunday of September, was held at the enterprise.
Akim of North Kazakhstan region Erik Sultanov addressed the factory workers with a welcoming speech. He congratulated PZTM on the anniversary and presented letters of gratitude and certificates from the akimat.

During the event, the results of a professional skills competition among turners and electric and gas welders were also summed up. According to the results of the anniversary competition among PZTM employees, the title “Best Young Worker” was awarded to the 3rd category turner of the Assembly Shop - Vitaly Mylnikov, the owner of the title “Golden Hands Master” was the milling machine operator of the Assembly Shop Nikolay Klyuev and the electric and gas welder of the Power Engineering Shop Alexander Samorenov.

At the end of the official part, the audience enjoyed a concert program with dancing.
